Climatological conditions in our estate, hydrological stress and day-night changes in temperature avoid the creation of clumps in the bunch and grapes which are bigger in volume but have less intensity in aroma and taste. The Garnacha (Grenache) vines in our estate provide us with a fruit which is small, rounded, separate and very concentrated.
High intensity forest fruits aromas, black pepper, citrus notes and hill aromas (rosemary, thyme...). They are wines with much body, aftertaste and a structure which balances the perception of alcohol content.
In viticulture it is very sensitive to Powdery Mildew and must be under a lot of control. It needs heat for its correct maturation. Its high acidity and tannin proportion makes it stand out among all varieties.
With an unmistakable India ink color, in taste it stands out for its floral aromas, mature fruit in compote and liquorice crianza (aging). Acidity, body and aftertaste.
