Grenache
This variety native to aragon resists extreme changes in temperature of Cariñena, and is favored by the effect of the North wind. It is resistant to drought and has a maturation medium-late.
The conditions of climate of our land, water stress and thermal changes day-night to avoid that may occur apelotonamiento in the cluster and grapes of increased volume but lower intensity in the aroma and flavor.
