We begin our day of wine tourism visiting the Terrace of the Barrel Room from which we observe the landscape that surrounds the estate, the Algair\u00e9n mountain range and the surrounding villages with the family vineyards. We will distinguish the vineyards, with the different varieties and ways of planting the vine, goblet or trellis system.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

We will move to the main building of the winery, in the Aragonese Mud\u00e9jar style with its different details: semicircular arches, reliefs with the Mud\u00e9jar star and the typical tiles.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

We will learn about the winemaking process, from the reception of the grapes to its transformation and bottling with a brief description of the fundamental processes. Fermentation tanks, barrels, bottle rack.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
