Description
Color: Chinese ink with violet notes.

Nose: Intense nose, with volume and complexity, well-defined, with notes of ripe figs, a touch of jam, and honey. Fruit notes of black berries and plums with hints of wildflowers and mt. The aging in oak barrels provides roundness and traces the subtle coffee and spices.
Mouth: In the mouth has a very good attack, excellent acidity, noticeable fruity character and a good tour and body.
Joins two grapes that are native to our region Carignan=Cariñena and garnacha. The Cariñena, is characteristic for its high colour, their freshness and their aromas to mount. The grenache is characterized by its structure on the palate and fruity aromas.
Preparation: From very ripe grapes grown in areas of high and fresh. Crafted in stainless steel with controlled temperature. The aging is carried out in barrels of French and american oak for 6 months.
