What will we see?
Visit the Vineyard
We begin our day of wine tourism by visiting the vineyard at the foot of the winery, which is accessed via a small stone staircase. The current state of the vineyard and seasonal work will be explained and you will be able to observe the vine shoots, tendrils and flowers/fruit up close.
Barrel room
From the terrace you can see the outside of the building and the landscape that surrounds the estate, the Algairén mountain range and the surrounding villages with the family vineyards. We will distinguish the vineyards, with the different varieties and ways of planting the vines, goblet or trellis system. The Barrel Room is under our feet.
Main building
We go back to the main building of the winery, style aragonese Mudejar with their various details: arches, reliefs, with the star Mudejar and the typical tiles.
Wine making
We will learn the process of wine making, from the reception of the grapes until processing and bottling with a small description of the fundamental processes. Fermentation tanks, barrels, wine rack.
Wine tasting
We will conclude with a wine tasting and tasting of three of our wines discussed among the staff of the winery and the attendees. Finally there will be a colloquium on doubts and concerns of the wine, your opinion is important.

Specific days: One Saturday a month, during the summer months.
Price: 20.67€ / person + VAT = 25€ / person

Viewpoint Terrace
Free time for photography and conversation from the terrace overlooking the vineyards and the mountains (Sierra de Algairen, Moncayo, Sierra de Herrera...)
