Control and responsible care of the vineyard
Precision agriculture
Specifies the crop of each plot, to do this we take into account the needs of the plant and grape required in each plot.
We minimise the use of pesticides
Management and control of the state phenology of plants in relation to the climate, to apply phytosanitary measure and get grapes always healthy.
CONTROL OF THE PEST, MOTH VINE
The use of pheromones, an ecological system implemented for greater and more specific vine health control. The pheromones provoke the sexual confusion of the moth to prevent them from laying eggs in the bunches and thus avoid a series of diseases and quality losses.
CONTROL OF THE RIPENING OF THE GRAPES
Since the year 2000 checks are performed ripening of the grapes and is related to the date of the grape harvest and analytical reached.
With field controls is obtained a raw material more tasty and healthy with more aromatic and less chance of defects taste. This policy allows us to select already in the vineyard the different qualities to develop different wines for different segments.
